DELIVERY
Orders over £100 are shipped to you free of charge.

Orders under this amount will incur a delivery charge based on weight on a 48 hour service.
Additional surcharges will incur for Northern Ireland, Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man.
Should your delivery address be within these locations there will be a £45.00 pallet charge on large items per pallet.

The pallet item will be shipped to you on a pallet under standard shipping, you will then be notified of what day to expect delivery.
Large items can be delivered anywhere between 10am - 5pm.
If you have supplied an email and phone number this will be given to the delivery company for delivery purposes.

Lead times for pallet kerbside delivery are from 3 - 5 working days UK mainland.
​
Northern Ireland, Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man - 5-7 working days.
Parcel deliveries are 2-3 working days.
We will endeavour to keep you informed should any stock issues affect your order.

Standard kerbside delivery within mainland UK is free of charge and occurs through a third party courier.
Certain postcodes may incur additional shipping surcharges.
​
With this delivery method, our courier will drop the pallet order outside of your property on the pallet.
You'll need an additional strong pair of hands to bring it through to your garden, as the product on the pallet will be heavy.
You'll also need to dispose of the pallet. Our third party shipping courier operates Monday - Friday between the hours of 10am - 5pm.
​
If ordering an IQGrill this will come specially strapped, wrapped and shrink wrapped to a Euro pallet measuring approximately 1.20m X 1.20m.
It will be delivered on a lorry with a tail-gate lift.
Please ensure you have space to receive the delivery lorry and the pallet.
​
It will be your responsibility to remove the packaging, lift the product off of the pallet and wheel/carry into position and to then discard the pallet and packaging.

The delivery courier operates under a kerbside delivery policy. The driver is under no obligation to move or unpack the product inside the property. It will be delivered “kerbside” to your driveway.
​
When unloading the pallet from the vehicle, the driver cannot be expected to move the product on the hand pallet truck over uneven, sloping, shingled, or graveled surfaces. Please ensure there is easy flat access to your driveway.
​
Additional surcharges may apply if the delivery address is outside of mainland England or you would like an upgraded service.
​

Someone must be at the delivery address to sign for the product. Please take time to unpack and inspect your delivered item/s.
DO NOT SIGN FOR YOUR ITEMS WITHOUT CHECKING IT FIRST.

If any damage has been caused during shipping, you MUST make a note of this on the delivery note and immediately notify us on 01409 251357, where possible photograph any damage.
​
By signing the delivery receipt WITHOUT noting damage, you have legally acknowledged receiving the goods in perfect condition and are providing the carrier with a clean receipt. This mitigates your chance to prove the goods were damaged before arriving at your premises and you could be left with no recourse for your damaged product.

Alternatively, we can offer a 2 Man Premium White Glove Delivery and Assembly Service where we will deliver and assemble your product/s at your property, this is popular for many products we supply.
Please do note that this service may delay your delivery slightly and is only currently available in South West England
If you cancel your White Glove delivery within 48 hours of the agreed delivery date, you will be recharged in full for rebooking the White Glove service.
